/&gt;上個星期五晚上,約了朋友打一場羽球,因為忙於工作缺乏運動和缺乏休息,在這一晚的運動裡,身體瞬間崩壞,骨頭像快散開,肌肉不聽使喚,連拾個球我的腰也快支撐不了,小腿竟然還抽筋.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;隔天星期六,感覺快要生病了.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;星期日,全身肌肉的劇痛開始來襲,那一天我賴在床上,根本起不來,雙腳小腿和屁股的疼痛更為劇烈.這一天基本上就是24小時來回於沙發和床之間.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;星期一,感覺好了些,不過移動還是必須非常緩慢,也是基本上躺了一整天.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;星期二,肌肉的疼痛減少許多了,雖然小腿還有一些酸痛,但可以跑步了.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;因為工作而荒廢了自己的身體是自己的不負責人,自己的疏忽.我沒有想太多,這兩天裡我只是拼命的休息,什麼都不理.我只是知道我必須趕快找回狀態,調節好身體能力.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我必須再次認真面對自己,在各種意義上.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img type='html'>一個傍晚的低質量小睡後,進入夜晚,出發跑步.不看好身體狀態,擔心又會跑出個很爛的時間,還好開跑後沒想像的那麼差,就稍微落力跑下去.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;這次還真是久違的流了不少汗呀,全身的熱氣由內至外的散發,心情也多少的燃起了那麼一點.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;隨後打籃球,距離上一次的打球像是上一個世紀般那麼久的感覺.身體能力的大降打不好也是可想而知,但在這個年頭竟然還可以被人說"好快",實在有點驚訝並暗爽,但自己也知道所謂的"快",和當年比起的話實在是已經要覺得慚愧的程度才對.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' type='text'>19分09秒</title><content type='html'>入夜時分, 帶著低燃度的心情和剛感冒好的身體去了時隔15天缺席的跑步(感冒的期間只是3天).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;雖說在這樣的狀態下本來就沒有打算要跑個好時間只要別超過18分鐘這樣的想著.跑著跑著,依節奏來看別超過19分鐘就算了,但身體越跑就越沉重,也沒看時間,結果就是19分鐘以上. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;對在前不久還是在挑戰身體能力極限的自己,現在竟然淪落到這樣的慘狀.隨著眼睛的狀態日漸崩壞,精神和身體也漸漸失去元氣.我感到自己體弱多病.沒有一個好性格的我已經是缺點一籮籮,現在連自己能引以為傲的身體狀態也感覺開始崩壞了. 我感到自己更加的不完整.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;活著的動力什麼的,要我到哪裡去找啊可惡!&lt;div /&gt;身體能力跟預想的一樣有開始改善過來的跡象。只要能遵守日常的身心管理，和再次培養多跑步多運動的習慣，相信能讓自己不可恨程度上的身體能力一定會回來。如果說每個人都必定有他們自己一套找回自信的方法，那在運動這方面必定就是我少數方法中的其中一個。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;其實在前好一段時間開始，我的跑步已經變質成了除了跑步以外什麽都不是的運動，它不帶著任何明確的意義，而問到原因，必定脫離不了對自己失去期望和對生活的不認真之類的有關聯。所以至少在跑步和運動上，必須重拾意義，培養不再是什麽都空空如也。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;而飛蚊症的日漸嚴重造成每天都為之痛苦，如果說這個症狀都是自己一手造成的，我只能對自己說聲對不起，或者活该，然後學會接受，看開，克服，設法改善。但我不是個堅強的人，我沒有很大的信心做到，可能會隨時自暴自棄。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;好了，勉勵自己的話就到這裏，接下來就是看自己的行動和意志能去到哪裏。&lt;div type='text'>17分31秒</title><content type='html'>2月19日 星期六&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;今天5點多的天氣,非常的美麗,清澈的藍天和寬闊的白雲,配上雨來襲之前的涼風,天空的遠處有點烏雲,但直到夜晚都沒下雨.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;雖然天氣很好,但身體狀態欠佳,感覺無力,呼吸沈重,很明顯是因為作晚熬夜,做著宅男做的事情所造成,一些慣例的壞習慣所造成.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;盡管身體狀態不佳,但還是想著多運動身體盡量多累積回些經驗值,就帶上iPod,騎了單車出去.其實身體已經告訴了我今天再騎單車運動也不會得到什麼舒暢.事後的確是如此,每到上坡都是喘得&lt;br type='text'>16分40秒</title><content type='html'>晚上&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;今天,是回到什麽都不是的遠原點後,第二次的跑步.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;這一天的跑步,身體久違地感到輕盈,雖然為了保持一定的速度還是會很喘,但這種喘是良性的,並不帶著噁心的感覺,而是那種喘得越多對肺部越能增強的感覺.按下計時後就不看時間到終點,時間是17分以內,"我做到了!"這份小小但確實的達成感讓我心裏這樣的喊著.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;過後去測試了那所謂的"15秒上坡沖刺",其實在前一次的跑步也隨便的測試了一次,時間是接近16秒.而這次試著認真的沖刺一次看,時間大概是超出了0.3秒.退步是不用想也知道的事.這一次的沖刺測試重點並不在時間,而是讓我的身體記起了何謂"沖刺".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;說來實在是很久沒試過認真的全力沖一個了,才知道自己一直以來都忘記了什麽是沖刺.像我之前所說的,自己並不會察覺到自己忘記了什麽重要的東西直到自己記起的那一刻.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1'
